veriCAR's Customer Interface is our first touchpoint with the customer. We need the customer's first interaction with us to be impressive, polished and informed.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving customer calls and helping them with their used-car purchase decision.
2. Turning leads into customer calls, educating the customer about veriCAR and its services.
3. Following up with customers and potential customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
1. Past experience facing demanding customers/clients
2. Candidates with experience in the auto industry will have an edge
1. Polished communication skills - English, Hindi, Marathi
2. Should be able to execute an effective sales pitch
3. Quick learner
4. Enterprising, multi-tasking abilities
