Job Details for Manager, Operations
Responsibilities:
• Manage/rampup/adminster operations, infrastructure
• Carry out HR/Administrative functions.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, business development and technical team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies and drive adoption of high priority/high value improvements within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• 3+ years of operations in ITES or Internet based.
• 1+ years relevant industry experience.
• Hands on experience in customer relationship management, people management, operation & quality management, information security/certification/compliance etc.
• Experience in an internet startup a big plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success at training and mentoring employees.
• Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.
BE, ME, B Tech, M Tech in any field, MBA is preferred from known institution.
