We are looking for a brilliant GM (Finance and Accounts) to direct the organizations financial objectives and implement financial accounting and reporting systems in order to streamline our projected exponential growth.

* Create, direct and implement and achieve the organizations financial goals

* Preparation and Tracking of Business Plans

* All matters related to budget, banking, audit, tax and finalization of accounts

* Manage company finances through a strong reporting structure in the areas of cost control, cash flows, working capital management and management of debt instruments

* Preparation of Cash Flow Statements that summarize and forecast the organizations financial position

* Ensure that Financial Books of Accounts are accurate and up to date

* Ensure that Financial Books of Account meet GAAP requirements (USA and India)

* Tax Planning and Compliance (Income Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Profession Tax, etc. )

6-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience with companies in the online/New Age media space.

* Have a high competitive metabolism, strong work ethic, and team attitude with willingness to roll up your sleeves.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Are completely familiar and conversant with Tally Accounting Software.

* Are very well versed with Microsoft Office and a power user of MS-Excel.

* B.Com/M.Com from a reputed University . Desired: CA ICWA or MBA/PGDM - Finance
