Job Details for Client Servicing / Project Manager
We are looking for outgoing individuals who speak the Web language. Individuals who understand the urgency to deliver on-time. This job is a mixture of interfacing with the clients and managing accounts and their potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understand the business of the client which would help understand their current requirements in detail.
- Translate requirements and understanding to design and engineering team.
- Keep track of project deadlines and make sure the project is delivered on-time.
- Cross-sell and upsell services to the client and grow an account.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client and their expectations.
- A simple motto, Understand - Execute - Deliver.
Candidate can be from an IT background or previously worked in any Digital Marketing Agency. We welcome outgoing individuals who have experienced working well under pressure.
- Good with Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
- Respond quickly to emails
- Articulate and communications skills are a very important
- Translating and managing client, design team and engineers expectations all at once.
- Playing middle man as project manager and relationship manager to the client.
