-Experience owning and working end to end on an application.
- Deep Understanding of Mysql and Apache Tomcat. Experience in tuning and scaling web apps is a plus.
- Bonus points for start-up experience or contribution to any open source project.
- Skills important but Attitude very very important.
-Openness to learn and put in required hours
-Is enthusiastic about working in a bootstrapped startup
