Job Details for Junior Recruiter
SapnaSolutions is looking for fresh and experienced Graduates / MBA who would like to make their career in HR and Recruitment. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for internet research beyond the traditional resume sites. i.e. Twitter, Linked-In, Facebook. You will be required to partner with the HR Manager to find candidates for a wide variety of positions throughout the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for someone who can: -
1. Identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, head hunting internet and social networking sites
2. Need to do extensive research over the internet in identifying the right talent in the market
3. Create pipeline of candidates
4. Lead Generation and Cold Calling
5. Initial screening of the profiles
6. Conduct preliminary telecon interview with the potential candidates
7. Creating and maintaining database for various requirements.
You should ideally have:-
1. Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
2. Must be able to work independently under pressure
3. Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive candidates
4. High level of energy and enthusiasm.
5. High level of initiative and self-motivation.
6. Highly organized and detail oriented
7. Excellent Internet research skills
