Your responsibilities will include:
1. Online Marketing:
• Lead-generation: India website; banner ads; presence on local networks and social media
• Follow-up on leads: through the CRM system; tracking results
• Online ads for recruitment
• Coordination between outsourced service provider, and India & Hong Kong offices
2. CRM:
• Database: ensuring complete customer database
• Reports: for sales/marketing, for warranties, leads for new products/upgrades
• Campaigns: regular communication with customers; recruitment; referrals; upgrade campaigns
• Coordination between outsourced service provider, and India & Hong Kong offices
3. Customer service:
• All issues with English-Time: CD-ROMs, online test, DVDs
• All issues with Walter: registrations, warranty database, replacements
• Managing a dedicated email and hotline for customers in India
• Coordination of related issues between branch offices, Bangalore and HK
• Knowledge and skills in websites, blog, social media
• Passionate about technology and the online world
