- 3 to 8 years strong hands-on development experience including at least 2 years of real-world web development experience using JSP, Java Servlets, Java, Struts, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience owning and working end to end on an application.
- Deep Understanding of Mysql and Apache Tomcat. Experience in tuning and scaling web apps is a plus.
- Bonus points for start-up experience or contribution to any open source project.
- Skills important but Attitude very very important.
