We are looking for a person who is able to make a profound impact on our company’s performance. The position entitled is, "HR Operation Executive”. It can be a person who wants to be a master in all 35 functions of HR, for that one should be having a high level of interest and Passion in HR. As it is a doorway position, we expect from you to have basic knowledge of HR like Recruitment & selection, statutory compliance & Payroll, Mapping and Auditing of Competency, Performance Appraisal etc. Don’t worry we will help you in gaining the expertise in all the 35 areas in a duration of 2 years but you should be willing to be with us at least for 2 years .
