At fachak design has been our strength , design we feel reflects the product and for a consumer product design is one of the most critical thing.
We are looking for a Web Designer for expansion of the core team; essential skill set required is as follows
a. Is excited by the concept of working in a startup in its early stages of growth – also means he/she should enjoy surviving on Chai & Maggi :-)
b. Is ready to learn new things daily and can cope up with ambiguity.
c. has sound technical fundaes to tackle the requirements of the startup – most important here is the drive to continuously pick up new technologies and trends in the online space and creating innovative solutions out of that

As a design lead at Fachak he will be responsible for the evolutuion of design as we move ahead , he will work actively with product team to create user friendly design which reflects the positioning of the product.

1-3 years

a) Knowledge of graphic design packages such as Photoshop in order to produce basic layout and manipulate images
b) Ability to write web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS.
c) Knowledge of code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver.
d) Basic Exposure to Java Script, Flash will be preferred but not necessary
