We are looking for an enterprising technology lead. Your role as the head of the IT team shall be to architect and implement our online services in the form of web-applications, search services, and knowledge base.

• Meet the basic requirement of being able to analyse, design, code and test in the web environment.
• Architect and build web applications for new products
• Suggest better, quick and efficient solutions
• Be comfortable with iterative development
• Implement the design and develop/test the functional requirements for both website and database
• Possess client-side Web development skills (HTML, JQuery, scripting, AJAX)
• Understand SEO, analytics, SEM etc.
• Identify, hire, lead a team of techies in the future
• Co-ordinate with colleagues

At least 2-3 years of experience with an e-commerce/technology start-up in India
Should have developed projects using PHP, MySQL, JQuery

You will need to have a solid understanding of PHP, MySQL and JQuery as well as experience of LAMP stack implementations.
