KMO International Inc. is a consulting firm that partners with North American businesses to successfully enter the Indian markets. We provide market entry consulting services like market research, analysis and entry strategy. However we go beyond the basics to also include operational and marketing services, governmental affairs management, tax and accounting and legal and regulatory services. KMOI has practices in Construction and Infrastructure, Telecommunication, Consumer Goods, Energy and Utilities and Healthcare verticals. KMOI is a little over 3 years old with offices in USA and India.

KMOI’s healthcare practice is focused on introducing the latest technologies, products and services to the rapidly growing Indian healthcare industry. Our Healthcare practice is in a nascent stage with some projects in progress and several more in the pipeline. We expect to be working on many projects simultaneously in 2010. At this point, we need to recruit more members to our team to build our Healthcare practice. We need competent and entrepreneurial people who want to join us and be part of creating a successful KMOI Healthcare practice.

As an Associate focused on KMOI’s Healthcare practice, you will be independently managing several aspects of our client’s market entry strategy and execution. You will work very closely with our partners to handle market research and analysis. You will be an integral part of developing an entry strategy. You will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of the execution phase of each project. You will be facing and constantly dealing with partners and clients in North America, as well as handling client relationships in India.

Experience – 2 + years. Experience in Consulting and International Exposure will be considered a plus.
Healthcare Industry Background – Prior experience in Healthcare industry is a must, preferably in sales and marketing. Experience working with Healthcare Franchises is a big plus.

We require an entrepreneurial and self motivated candidate who is well versed with professional management processes and business practices. Having leadership skills and initiative is crucial. Excellent communication skills are essential. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Project tools.

MBA from a reputed business school is preferred
