3+ Years Experience. C#/ Databases (any)/ASP.NET 2.0 and above. HTML / CSS / GUI Design. PHP/Joomla/Flash experience a plus.

Must want to work in startup environment with strong desire to do whatever it takes as you juggle several roles in a small and dynamic setup with short delivery cycles.

Good spoken / written skills are required / previous work with small teams is a plus.

Position is in early stage startup, www.Youpid.in, a matrimonial social network portal, based in Mumbai/Pune. We are a small and tighly knit team looking to hire someone to grow with us to the next level.

You will be working with the Founders and the existing team side by side and the opportunity to learn and hone your skills is boundless. We work with several technologies, primarily on the DotNet platform with MySQL as our back-end and also work in technologies such as jquery/LinQ/AJAX/Web Services. The product is already live in beta and we’re growing our team to ramp up our time to market with our offerings.

We would like to stress that like in any startup, you will be required to take on many roles as part of your job and as such be exposed to the entire range of tasks that comes with designing and delivering a high performance website to customers, you will take part in the entire lifecycle of your projects right from requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deploying

3+ Years Experience.
