Founder & CEO
The founder is a seasoned professional and has over 10 years of professional experience doing Category Management, Customer Experience, Online Marketing (SEO/SEM/Affiliate Marketing/Email Marketing, etc) and Product Management at Amazon.com - US, Logistics at DHL - US, Consulting at TCS - Canada and India. He has an MBA from Yale University, US and a Bachelor of Technology from Kurukshetra University. He recently moved back to India to start his own venture in the e-commerce space.

We are also looking for a Senior Developer/Analyst with professional experience working with LAMP and other web-based technologies.

-Working knowledge of reliable and scalable LAMP based (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) web systems. Professional Experience a plus.
-Working knowledge of SQL, XML, and other web technologies
-Web designing experience/aptitude a plus
-Experience with system design, database design a plus.
-Should be able to develop good test plans & cases and then implement them
-Aptitude for Web 2.0 e-commerce systems (CMS, Search, Recommendation engine, Graphics, Blogs, Discussion Forums, Product reviews, Payment systems, shopping cart, wish list, etc)
-Understanding of web designing and SEO/SEM/Social Media Marketing a plus

-Possess a good understanding of basic Computer Science concepts such as Algorithms, Data Structures, RDBMS, etc.
-Good communication skills in English, both written and oral, are a must
-Should be a fast learner and quick thinker
-Should be flexible in taking up other ad-hoc responsibilities/duties as assigned

-B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science) from a top college/university preferred
