# Manage CommonFloor's promotional activities in coordination with product development, new product introduction, events, and occasions.
# Development and management of online advertising campaigns including creative work in coordination with creative team
# Understanding on all aspects of site performance; marketing ROI, traffic, partnerships, sales and conversions
# Continual evolution and development of site to increase awareness, traffic, sales, order value and conversion
# Assisting with preparation and implementation of testing for website enhancement
# Increasing registrations, user stay on the portal and value per user through new features, enhancements, marketing activities etc,
# Management of site content, copy, promotions, images and relevant links

* 1.5+ years of experience in online retail or an online venture targeting Indian consumers
* Experience in online marketing is preferred.
* Proven results in management and maximization of online marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversions
* Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, affiliate programs and optimizing ROI for marketing investment
* Knowledge of effectively using Google Analytics to identify trends effecting business and make recommendations to the team
* Should be tenacious enough to negotiate with the business partners and able to meet tight deadlines
* Should have strong communication skills, a passion for detail and be fully conversant with the latest IT trends
* Basic HTML knowledge for managing content and online campaigns
* Enthusiastic and proactive professional
* Someone who can work independently as well as in a team
