• Serve as the go-to member of the WatConsult team for expertise in the social media landscape- including current and upcoming trends
• Provide industry insights to internal business development and account service teams
• Create innovative concepts for applications that integrate or reside on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and other social networking sites
• Develop and manage outreach strategies and best practices
• Maintain healthy brands by monitoring consumer feedback and developing recommendations to address both positive and negative trends
• Work with internal analytics team and clients to set ROI measurements and goals for campaigns
• Effectively manage agency partners and external vendors
• Prepare and deliver capability presentations and pitches to current and prospective clients
• Serve as a thought leader and active contributor to the overall online strategy of the company
