Job Details for Client Service Executive / Customer Care Executive
LifeMojo is committed to customer satisfaction and thats what gets reflected in our culture. We want full time customer service executives (males or females) who can handle enquiries on phone and answer questions from the customers.
These executives should have excellent English and Hindi (both) speaking skills and will be responsible for answering questions over phone/email/chat, making sales and doing follow-ups also. It is a day job (No night shifts!) from 9:30 AM to 7:00 pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Enquiry Handling on Phone/Email/Chat
Answering questions
Managing Sales and payments
Regular follow-ups on phone
Renewal and Feedback calls
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent English and Hindi speaking skills
Convincing power to sell LifeMojo packages
