We are developing a scalable platform that generates highly interactive online display ads dynamically and optimizes the various ad elements to provide the most effective ROI to an advertiser and yield to a web publisher. Required Skills:
# Strong knowledge of JMS, Spring and EJB3
# Demonstrable experience of integrating PHP/ Ruby/ Python/ JAVA front end applications with backend systems using web services or SOA principles
# Experience of working with at least one EAI product such as IBM MQ/ Webspehere ESB/ Tibco Rendezvous/ Biztalk/ Sun JCAPs or another popular ESB platform
# Strong skills in Linux admin/bash scripting ideally on Ubuntu Jaunty
# Strong familiarity with Framework driven development.
# Demonstrable experience of steps and methodology needed for designing enterprise class websites – wireframes, service architectures, integration architectures, data architectures, AJAX architecture, setting up multi-environment software development projects, monitoring day-to-day developer tasks
# Demonstrable experience of designing high performance, cache driven frontends using master/slave configurations of mySQL/ other databases
# Experience of working with SVN/ github and managing code deployment across multiple environments and releases
# Strong experience of designing enterprise class web properties/ portals with strong backend messaging integration to serve high throughput loads. Candidates with experience of EAI using popular commercial brokers/ESB platforms will be given preference
Other Skills:
# Familiarity with Amazon EC2 API , Image Management, using Cloudwatch or other Apache Monitoring tools
# Coding experience with STOMP/ActiveMq
# Familiarity with online advertising and various pricing models such as CPA,PPC, CPL, CPM etc.
# Familiarity with integrating Adsense into Php/Ruby/Java based frontends
# Experience of working in an Agile Environment – ideally SCRUM. A Certified Scrum Master would be ideal for this role. In any case, the candidate needs to have strong familiarity with Agile and Test driven development as the role involves advance preparation of test scripts and a comprehensive testing strategy before commencing coding
