Person is expected to participate in design / architecture meetings. Should be able to design / implement systems from scratch. Should have a good hold on technologies & must be able to ramp up on new technologies as needed. We use a lot of open source frameworks as required for the various products. Please refer to the skill set section for more information.

1 to 3 Years.

- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities.
- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Strong design skills. Should be able to contribute to architecture discussions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be a self stater and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
- Technologies: Java / Ruby / PHP / Python [Candidate is not expected to know all the languages, but should have a good hold on one]
- Open Source Web Development Frameworks: Groovy on Grails, Django, Ruby on Rails, Drupal [Familiarity with any of these would be a bonus]
- UI Frameworks - YUI, JQuery, Dojo [Familiarity with any of these would be a bonus]
- Tools : Eclipse, SVN.

IIT, NSIT, DCE, RECs / NITs, IIITs, VIT, CIT
