You need to be well versed with the following areas of HR in order to support our clients based on their requirements, such as recruitment and selection, induction- joining formalities, training and development, policies and procedures, performance management system, performance enhancement system, performance appraisal, attrition management, retention tool kit, compensation and benefits planning, competency mapping, skill audit, statutory compliance (e.g. PF, PT, ESI, TDS), labor laws, separation formalities, vendor evaluation and management, etc.
You need to be a self motivated, creative, and an enthusiastic individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, accompanied by a strong aspiration to learn and a passion to be a successful HR professional.
