We're looking for a LAMP Guru to work with MoneyVidya.com full time to play a leadership + coding role, who
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coding: Driving enhancement of existing features / functionalities (especially stock picking algorithm) and database architecture in conjunction with our design lead
2. Coding: Driving development of new features in conjunction with our design lead
3. Leadership: Leading the expansion (recruitment) of the in-house engineering team
4. Leadership: Planning, resource allocation, and team management
5. Leadership: Overall business planning, participation in fund raising activity
1. Has previously worked in a startup environment
2. Experience in leading projects and teams, interpreting business requiremetns
3. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in hands on coding, still in touch with the same
1. Hands on LAMP coder
2. Ambitious, driven, comfortable with a leadership position
3. Ability to work independently, a self starter
