Job Details for Lead Developer / CTO
We are looking for an entrepreneurial CTO or Senior Web Developer to help our company in the ongoing design and maintenance of our online platform. Office will be in Chandigarh and the position starts mid June. We are willing to offer a combination of modest salary and generous equity to the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Set up and drive the entire technology operations of the company (includes developing, implementing, and maintaining website(s) functionality, applications, and features)
• As the CTO, you will be expected to work as independently and responsibly as us and also build the future technology team who will drive the operations.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in Web2.0 technologies
• Demonstrated development experience with hand-coding advanced HTML, CSS, PHP, Ajax and C#.Net
• Good communication skills (esp. required during investor pitch)
• Proficiency with cross-browser/cross-platform issues, and web standards
• Solid understanding of website architecture, database structure & design and object-oriented-design principles
• Moderate experience in graphic designing – Photoshop/Corel
• Experience working within a team environment
B.E/B. Tech preferably in computer science or eq
