Job Details for Co-founder
After a successful pilot implementation over the last 4 months, veriCAR is now looking to build a strong core team of great people. We are looking at getting co-founders on board who share our vision, commitment and passion for cars.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities include ideating, planning, setting up and driving the entire business. As a co-founder, you will be expected to work as independently and responsibly as us. Needless to say, responsibilities will include everything from cleaning office furniture to negotiating complex business alliances.
We are not stuck up on this aspect.
Prior experience in the automobile industry experience will help you more than it will help us.
Past experience working independently, handling tricky people and trickier situations will be a definite plus.
We are not stuck up on the 'hard' skills. It is the soft skills that we are very fussy about.
You should be street-smart, highway-sensible and infinitely resourceful. You should be driven, passionate and so turned-on by the business that it doesn't let you sleep.
We are our own benchmarks. That might sound brash, but let us add a dash of humility by saying that our benchmarks are not very high :) If we find you to be better than us, you're in.
All of us are in complete charge of specific areas of the business, and it would help if your skills complement ours.
You should have studied at a premier institute of learning. Post-graduate degree in management from a premier institute (sans jargon) would be a plus.
