Job Details for Management level: Head of Sales
The head of sales will be the person who will ensure that the relationships already built up are sustained and more are built up quickly. The head of sales, along with the CEO will be responsible for the revenues and numbers related to the overall business.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Devise sales strategy
2. Devise alliance strategy
3. Manage sales team(s)
4. Set in place sales structure
5. Define targets
6. Building sales funnels and ensuring conversion
7. Rolodex of educational / entrepreneurial sector advertisers
8 - 12 years of hard core sales experience.
The ideal candidate would be someone:
1. From the online / radio space who has knowledge about the various models of selling advertising on online and voice programs.
2. At least 7 - 8 years of hard core selling experience in the educational / online / entrepreneurial space
3. Should be a team player
