The head of operations should have relevant experience in executing projects on time, flawlessly for a majority of his career. The ideal candidate will be from the events industry, or the radio industry or the TV industry, where he would have managed sales, timelines, deadlines and come out on top. This person will report into the CEO directly and will have a team reporting to him. position is based out of Delhi. Most importantly - the candidate should be a fun person - and a team player.
Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring that all the knowledge calls happen on time, flawlessly
2. Working with the CEO and other managment to devise new strategies
3. Executing and operationalising the new strategies
4. Ensuring that all operational elements related to the core business are taken care of
8 - 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate would be from the events industry or the radio industry or the TV industry where he / she would have managed operational issues related to various programs / events.
- Should have managed a team
- Kowledge of technology (web and mobile) preferred
- Should have managed teams to deliver time sensitive products / events / shows
- Should have a 'Can Do' attitude
