- Complete Target
- Team Management -
> Allocation of sales targets.
> Monitoring team performance.
> Training & Developments of team members.
> Retention of team.
- Developing and leveraging corporate channel associates.
- Rolling in more business & revenue for the firm.
Skill Sets Required
- Strong leadership, influence, negotiating, relationship building, communication, organization, and team building skills.
- Strong business acumen, identifying key issues with the ability to bring them to resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.

6 months & above

Must be Fluent in:
- Excellent Sales skill, Marketing techniques for IT industry, Good communication skill

Graduate , Preferable MBA Post Graduate with IT/Computers as graduation stream
